Camp Dream sponsors Jacob Williams
The Camp Dream Foundation participated in an "Extreme Home Makeover" sponsoring Jacob Williams to this summer's Camp. Jacob has spina bifida, and his dad has Lou Gehrig's disease. We are honored to be able to have Jacob join us this summer.
